The Footprint Plugging Chisel has a heavy-duty design and is made from carbon steel. The head, handle and blade are all forged in one piece to provide in-built extra strength. The cutting edge is wider than the blade, and there is groove down the centre of the blade for rapid removal of debris.

The chisel's blade is hardened and tempered to ensure a long life. Its domed head prevents splintering from continued striking with a hammer.

The chisel is supplied with a hig quality, protective plastic moulded grip with biult in knuckle guard.
