Knipex VDE Dismantling Pliers for time-saving stripping of all round sheathed and damp-proof installation cables (e.g. NYM cable).  Strips cables easily, without damage, thanks to circular cutting edge with depth limiter.  The head is made from forged, vanadium electric steel, multi stage oil-hardened.  Cutting edges additionally induction hardened to approx. 61 HRC for high wear resistance.

The slim head design and optimally angled cable sheath cutter for simplified access especially into deep mounted junction boxes.  Fitted with multi-component grips, VDE tested.  It also features a side cutter for cutting and trimming conductors, wires, small screws and nails. They are 30% lighter than comparable pliers.

Suitable for universal use: precision wire stripping holes for conductors from 1.5 and 2.5 mm²

Tested up to 1,000V and conforms to DIN ISO 5746.
