This is a high performance solvent based  transparent water repellent specially formulated to provide a water repellent finish and prevent attack by water penetration on porous substrates such as brick, stone, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, pebbledash, rendering, porous tiling, grouting etc.

It penetrates deep into the treated area and actually chemically bonds to the surface, providing effective water repellencey for many years.  It is unaffected by ultra violet light and offers improved water beading when compared to other traditional solvent based products.  WATERSEAL EXTRA can be applied by spray, brush, mop or roller.

Shake can well before use.  Apply by low pressure spray, brush or roller.

NOTE:  THIS PRODUCT WILL DRY CLEAR AND CANNOT BE OVERPAINTED
