The First Alert Three-Storey Fire Escape Ladder provides a means of escape from a third-storey window in the event of a fire or other emergency. It has a durable steel construction with steel anti-slip rungs and DuPont Cordura® nylon strapping for strength and stability. It can hold up to 170kg (375lbs) at a time.

It has extra-wide hooks that will work with any window sill measuring at least 20in wide, 32in high, and 6 to 13in deep. Comes fully assembled and folds easily for storage under a bed or in a cupboard for easy access.
