The Milwaukee Hand Tools Fibreglass Open Long Tape has a fibreglass blade with double-sided scale printing: metric measurements on the top side and imperial (inches and feet) on the underside of the blade. The blade ensures a low tape weight.

The body has an ultra-durable design and is fitted with a GRIME GUARD, this debris wiper keeps blade clean and clear of abrasive material each time it's used. The 3:1 clutched planetary gearing provides up to 10x longer gear durability and smooth rewind.
