It has a quick-acting design with an I-beam construction, featuring hardened surfaces and thrust bearing slide assemblies for smooth operation and increased working life. The X-CEL Wheel Pin allows you to change your cutter wheel quickly using the new ball detent design, no tools needed and no lost clips.
