Solid carbide bearing guided router cutters for trimming aluminium sheet to a template.
Specially designed carbide with two flutes for clean finish.
Maximum trim of 3mm thick aluminium.
Double bearing guide on nose.
Recommended that a lubricant is used to reduce tool breakage.
Downcut for better clamping when machining small workpieces and improved finish on the tops of the board.
Eject chips up or down depending on tool used.
Material must be securely clamped.
