The Trend Pro Multi-Material Jig cuts a full male and female joint in 15 minutes, including setting up. All settings are done from the front edge, eliminating any discrepancies from scribing or when using non-standard width worktops. With an easy set reference window for fast set up of any backset, simply align to a measured line.

It offers 4 different jig options: 660mm long (500mm max. joint length) for narrow bathroom vanity tops, 990mm long (750mm max. joint length) for standard kitchen worktop installations and 1190mm long (900mm max. joint length) for wider breakfast bars, peninsular joints and as a standalone connector bolt, hinge and tap hole jig.

This adaptable modular jig can be built to different sizes as required, allowing access where there are workspace limitations. Single pass joint cutting on narrower backsets with thinner worktops minimises strain on the router and extends cutter life. Flush edge compatibility allows worktops to be cut flush with door faces for handleless contemporary styles, without additional measuring or marking up.
