The ESSENTIAL 3 Lever Mortice Dead Locks can be installed in many UK mortices without the need for additional carpentry or spoiling the edge of the door. The 12.5mm deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by key from either side and provides secure positive deadlocking.

The deadlock has a single piece forend with matching strike.
