The Unique Shock-Blok™ hickory and rubber plug in the head acts as a shock absorber and removes vibration before it travels down the shaft to the handle. The hammer is well balanced, with excellent head-to-handle distribution. It has a high quality leather grip which gives a long lasting secure grip.
